I flagrantly admit I don't care about Madonna, or her legacy, or her ability to 'reinvent' herself, or the power she seems to have over people to still make her interested in her. I don't really care for, or know much of her back catalogue. And I don't give a shit about Vogue.

So I didn't know about this collaboration with two of my favourite women in 21st Century music. Apparently, Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. know something about this Madonna lady that I don't. In fact whatever it is they feel towards her it has led them to deem it acceptable to be backing dancers for her.

To be fair, the Minaj and M.I.A. breakdowns are easily the highlight of this rather lacklustre pop song.

How amazing are those Adidas endorsed breasts!?

I just don't 'get it'.

Although, tell a lie, I do really love Hung Up. But not the video, obviously, because it sets my teeth on edge.

And I have a forbid fear that one day my quite lovely hands could look like Madonna's. Nightmares tonight.

When Madonna started having hits in 83/84 I really detested her music. Then one song Like A Prayer had something and now I could own up to having 3 songs on my ipod.

I read today she is due to play Murrayfield stadium,Edinburgh in the summer and if you have a spare £160(minimum price)you can stand at the back, upwards of £500 for the front. It will be interesting to see if anybody would pay those prices.

The video for Hung Up does tend to turn my stomach, even thinking about it. But as tunes go, it is a TUNE.

I have never found her sexy tho, she always seemed to be trying too hard.
